It’s nice to know it’s not just me who has colossal kitchen failures sometimes :), One thing that Never comes out right for me is Gnocchi, whether it be Sweet Potato, Butternut Squash, Regular Potato or Spinach/Potato Combo… It always seems to come out dense. One I can think of off the top of my head is rice noodles – they always come out a mushy mess! Glad you finally could create it at home.
